According to the instructions, 100ml water samples were accurately measured with 100ml aseptic sampling bottle / quantitative bottle. The reagents were dissolved in the quantitative detection plate / quantitative hole plate, then seal plate with a program-controlled quantitative sealing machine and culture it about 24h, then count the positive cells.
