TECHNOLOGY PLATFORM

①Immunochromatography

Immunochromatography uses colloidal gold/colored microspheres/fluorescent microspheres as tracer markers to detect antigens and antibodies. It is widely used in the detection of life science, animal medicine, public safety and other fields.

② Antigen/antibody expression

Select expression vectors and expression hosts with different fusion tag proteins, resistances, and action elements to express the desired proteins; use recombinant technology for antibody expression, and achieve mass production of monoclonal antibodies by transfecting directional-trained CHO/HEK293 cells.

③ ELISA（Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay）

ELISA means that anti-bodies or antigens are adsorbed on the solid carrier by a physical method, so that antigen-antibody reactions of enzyme labeling can take place on a solid surface; and eventually, antigens or antibodies can be detected by means of chromogenic reactions,featured with sensitivity, specificity, ease of operation, high repeatability and a small sample size. It is applicable to various laboratory research analysis and detection.

④ PCR

Through the principle of PCR technology, the pathogenic detection of samples collected from human and animal bodies can quantitatively detect extremely small amounts of target pathogens to confirm the existence of infection.
